A treatment that comes from traditional Chinese medicine, performed on a futon on the floor and using the same energy meridians as acupuncture. By applying pressure using his/her fingers, elbow or knee, the therapist stimulates the meridians, releasing any blockages present. Suitable for problems with joints and the nape of the neck, rheumatic pain and for those with a sedentary lifestyle.
Pranotherapy and/or moxibustion can be used to treat pain. The pranotherapist, through his/her hands, uses the prana (energy) to identify deficiencies and/or build-ups that prevent energies from flowing unhindered, restoring balance and boosting wellbeing. Moxibustion is an ancient Chinese technique that treats pain using the heat given off by burning cigar-shaped bundles of the herb Artemisia vulgaris, triggering a pleasantly intense, penetrating sensation of wellbeing. Especially suitable for treating arthrosis, rheumatism, traumas, head and neck pain, lower back pain and sciatica.
A gentle technique that uses hands to recognise and tune into body rhythms and the energy blockages that create disharmonies, thus activating processes of recovery and self-healing, alleviating stress and enhancing physical and mental wellbeing.
An energy practice that restores harmony to energy imbalances.
Several different types of Egyptian essential oils and crystals are placed on the body. The therapist then visualises the “Pyramid” on the individual thus laid out and prepared. At the end of the treatment, the experience is shared, thus boosting self-awareness and self-perception.
Dating back to the times of the Pharaoh Akhenaton, this treatment uses essential oils and sound to cleanse the chakras and release energy blockages, thus flushing physical, psychological and emotional toxins out of the system.
Through listening to the body’s memories, a number of different energy techniques are used to cleanse the chakras, the nadis and the aura, thus boosting energy resources and strengthening the immune system. This treatment re-establishes harmony in the body, mind and spirit, as well as boosting self-awareness.
