Situated just next to the cold showers, in the fire area with traditional sauna and Turkish bath, the Etruscan sauna is a unique experience to be lived among the red mosaics with temperatures between 45 and 50°C and a humidity between 60 and 70%. It owes its name to typical Tuscan fragrances, of Etruscan origin, such as lavender and rosemary, which can be smelled in the air. It is therefore a hot-humid sauna with medium action, milder compared to the traditional one, softened by the magic of aromatherapy. It is depurative and stimulating, indicated also for respiratory pathologies and catarrh. Contraindications concern serious cardiac, circulation and pressure pathologies.
