melmarium
Melmarium and calidarium

In the melmarium, the grotto of clays, all built in travertine, there are three mud bowls from which the precious thermal mud, enriched with scented phytoessences, can be taken and generously spread over face and body, in absolute autonomy, with a playful ritual which is extremely relaxing and liberating. A few minutes after the application one passes to the calidarium, a room filled with hot steam with a temperature that can reach 55°C. The humid environment stops the mud from drying out, giving the body more time to absorb the remineralizing and detoxifying properties of clay. The treatment, lasting around 20 minutes, ends with a hot shower to clean the body from the mud.
Contraindicated for people with cardiac, circulation and pressure problems.
