Q: How long does the itinerary last? Is it possible to choose more than one itinerary a day?
A:The ticket is valid for 3,5 hours, this is the necessary time to get the best benefit from the itinerary and to obtain a well-being and relaxation without exaggerating and tiring the body. The ticket cost is € 36 from Monday to Friday and € 41 for weekends and holidays. Every extra hours will be charged € 10.

Q: Do I have to bring with me bath robe and slippers?
A: At the entrance you will be given a kit with bath robe, a small towel for the Turkish bath and saunas, slippers, a cap and a single dose of bath gel.

Q: Is it possible to eat inside Terme Sensoriali?
A: It is forbidden to introduce food in the sensorial itinerary. It is possible to rehydrate oneself with water and four different kinds of herb infusions.

Q: Does the entrance fee include one itinerary or just the entrance to the spa? Must one necessarily choose an itinerary?
A:The entrance fee gives access to all services inside the spa, these are organised differently according to the various itineraries – for example one itinerary can include the Finnish sauna while another the Etruscan sauna – this does not prevent the person from changing his mind on the way or from making changes to the single itineraries. The choice of one itinerary is not compulsory although it is warmly recommended.

Q: Is booking necessary?
A:Booking is not necessary and can be done either for the 10am opening shift or for the 2pm one. During the weekends or in case of specific holidays, when the structure reaches the maximum number of guests, access is regulated according to waiting lists. At these times we strongly recommend to book by 10am or 2pm or telephone to find out the availability of the Spa.

Q: Does the entrance ticket also include massages?
A: No massages or beauty treatments are included in the 36 euro entrance to Terme Sensoriali. These services are offered by the Wellness Centre situated on the lower floor of the building; prices vary according to treatment and need to be booked beforehand.

Q: Can children receive any kind of treatment or are some of them unsuitable?
A: Entrance is not allowed to children under 13 years of age. However, upon request prior to arrival, baby sitting is available.

Q: Are there limits for pregnant women?
A: Pregnant women are strongly advised not to use extremely heated rooms such as Turkish bath and sauna, saline bath, direct hydromassage on the abdomen and all those services in which essential oils are used as they could colour the skin, specifically in the sensorial bath and melmarium.

Q: Is the spa open all year round? Also at weekends? What are the opening hours?
A: The spa is open every day of the week, all year round from 10 am to 10 pm.

Q: Is it possible to stay over night?
A:Terme di Chianciano does not have its own hotel but the town offers a wide selection of hotels, of various categories and with different characteristics.
